Yes. FleetNow Insights is a standalone product that allows customers to experience Tranzaura without committing to software. It connects to data from all your 3rd party systems and visualises intelligence back to you via pre-built consolidated dashboards.

Yes, FleetNow Analytics and Self-Service Dashboards are separate from FleetNow Insights. This functionality is unique to our software and is offered within the reporting module of our software platform and is powered by AI.

The solution is already available “off the shelf” and well established in the marketplace, however it is also flexible enough to be reconfigured and modified to suit bespoke operational requirements where needed. We work with you to understand your challenges and requirements and work with you on a specific development project to suit your bespoke needs.

We have a dedicated team at our HQ who are always available for technical advice and support – Monday to Friday. We work closely with you and your team to answer questions, provide support and resolve any issues quickly. Our customer experience dashboards also alert us of any problems, so in many cases we might be proactive rather than reactive.

We prefer ‘proof of concepts’ that involve predefined success criteria, ensuring both parties are on the same page in terms of project success and desired outcomes. Its better to discuss your unique requirements with one of our sales reps.

Yes all of our software solutions can be purchased as standalone options. However, for an optimal software experience and value we do recommend considering more than one solution as part of a package. This increases information exchange, reliability, user adoption and enhances overall productivity due to a more seamless software experience.

No IT skills are necessary. FleetNow platform isn’t just for the tech experts, anyone with permissions can onboard quickly. Our customer team provide an onboarding service with comprehensive training and access to training material is always available.

FleetNow insights is a monthly subscription. The FleetNow platform provides various solution packages for the transport and fleet industry depending on requirements which can be found on our pricing page. Three levels of software packages are available with varying features and functionality.
