We started off looking for a simple to use but customisable driver defect reporting system, and we found that in Tranzaura. Working with Shane and his team, nothing was too much trouble. We ended up with a very simple to use product, well laid out and it was bespoke to our business. We developed the system with Shane to make it very easy to use for the drivers. It’s been a very successful system, with very few complaints from the drivers. If you have an issue Tranzaura are very responsive and are always willing to develop their platform to suit our business, which is something we didn’t find with other providers.

Working with Tranzaura has been a really fantastic experience. The collaboration of two companies has really come down to the support that Tranzaura have given us, right from the beginning of the project to where we are now. I know that commitment will continue as long as we work together. To demonstrate with an example, we even had Shane the CEO of Tranzaura, committed to waking up at 5 am the first couple of days of our first Tranzaura driver roll out, with the emphasis to just call him if we had any issues and needed any support. That sets the tone of what kind of company Tranzaura is. In terms of support of any technical issues we’ve faced, or customisation of the app as we’ve gone through, it’s been there and really useful, and why the project has been such a successful one.

I have a number of suppliers I have relationships with to ensure that all of our systems and platforms work correctly. With Tranzaura, they will listen to you and will take lessons learned on board. Working with them makes it very easy to enhance the systems that we have and collaborate with them, to make sure our business has what we need, when we need it.

My experience working with Tranzaura has been a very positive one. I think over the years we’ve worked together, we’ve developed a very good working relationship and that’s based on Tranzaura understanding what we’re trying to achieve, understanding our business and just being flexible and adaptable enough.
